May 1st - Children's Moon

My daughter told me that when the moon was out during the day it was called the "children's moon" because that's the only time the children ever saw it. I really love that phrase - there's something very charming about it! I took this photo just as the sun was coming up this morning.

April 28th - Golden Moon

 There was definitely some kind of alchemy going on in the sky tonight! Perfect for casting magic spells...
