January 7th - Aurora Borealis in Florida?
This sunset could have been the Aurora Borealis in Florida! It felt more like the Arctic with record low temperatures. I shouldn't complain, but my blood has definitely gotten thin!

Reflection on a Spun Gold Sunset
The bottoms of the clouds looked like they were dipped in gold and hung up to dry, reflecting on their own beauty.

Violet Virga!
A gorgeous sunset was accented by the violet virga. Virga is the bottom of the cloud that looks like hanging moss. It is actually precipitation that falls from a cloud but evaporates before reaching the ground.
